Are these physical products that get shipped to me?
Most items listed in Midnight Muse Corner are digital downloads so no physical will be shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, your files are available immediately in your Etsy account.
Each listing clearly states exactly if it's a digital product or not.
What file formats will I receive?
Most listings include high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds (300 DPI) and/or PDF files ready for printing. Each listing clearly states exactly what is included. PNGs are ready for use in your design projects immediately.
How do I access my files after purchasing?
Once payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an email with your download link. You can also find all your purchased files under "Purchases and Reviews" in your Etsy account. Downloads are available immediately: no waiting, no shipping.
What software do I need to open or use these files?
PNG files open in virtually any design tool like Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, Affinity Designer, or even Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. PDF files can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or printed directly from any browser. No specialist software is required.
Can I print these at home or at a print shop?
Absolutely. All files are 300 DPI, which means they print sharp and detailed on a home printer or at a professional print service. A4, US Letter, and standard photo sizes all work beautifully.
What is your refund policy?
Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds cannot be issued once the files have been accessed. However, if you experience any technical difficulty with your download, please reach out, I respond within a few hours and am happy to help resolve it.
Do you take custom design requests?
Custom orders are not available at this time. New collections are added regularly, so follow the shop to be the first to know when something new arrives that might be exactly what you are looking for.
