Tudo começou com um pequeno pedaço de papel colado na parte de trás do meu celular.
No início do ano, escrevi uma meta pessoal — algo com que eu estava realmente comprometido — e a colei na porta do meu armário, onde a via todas as manhãs. Estava bom. Mas bom não era o suficiente. Eu precisava dessa meta no meu bolso, comigo o dia todo, não apenas visível por trinta segundos antes de sair de casa. Grande parte do meu trabalho envolve gestão visual, persuasão e liderança — ajudando colegas a mudar comportamentos para melhor. Essa paixão profissional pelo pensamento enxuto e pela excelência operacional é exatamente o que moldou a MightyTags.
Fora do trabalho, sou um eterno aprendiz — estou sempre mergulhando em livros, podcasts e pesquisas sobre liderança, desenvolvimento pessoal e ciências sociais. Dou muita importância ao pensamento baseado em evidências, e é por isso que cada MightyTag é fundamentado em ciência de verdade, não apenas em boas intenções.
Também sou profundamente ligada à minha fé e acredito que todos os resultados têm um propósito. Fui abençoada com quatro lindas filhas e um cachorro resgatado chamado Duncan. Moramos nos arredores de Chicago e sou grata todos os dias pela vida que elas me ajudaram a construir.

It started with a small piece of paper taped to the back of my phone.
I had written down a personal goal at the start of the year — something I was genuinely committed to — and taped it to my closet door where I'd see it every morning. It was fine. But fine wasn't enough. I needed that goal in my pocket, with me throughout the day, not just visible for thirty seconds before I left the house. So I made a better version: small, durable, and designed to live exactly where my eyes already went dozens of times a day. That first tag changed how I pursued that goal — and MightyTags was born.

About the person behind the shop.
During the day, I lead a team of regulatory compliance professionals at a Fortune 500 corporation. A big part of my work involves visual management, persuasion, and leadership — helping colleagues change behavior for the better. That professional passion for lean thinking and operational excellence is exactly what shaped MightyTags.
Outside of work, I'm a lifelong learner — constantly diving into books, podcasts, and research on leadership, personal development, and the social sciences. I care deeply about evidence-based thinking, which is why every MightyTag is grounded in real science, not just good intentions.
I'm also deeply rooted in my faith, and I believe that all outcomes have purpose. I've been blessed with four beautiful daughters and a rescue dog named Duncan. We live in suburban Chicago, and I'm grateful every day for the life they've helped me build.
