Most orders are processed and dispatched within three (3) business days during off-peak periods. During peak periods or for larger orders, processing times may take up to one (1) business week.

Processing times refer to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order and are separate from delivery estimates.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time for both processing and delivery when placing your order, particularly if your item is required by a specific date.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class as standard.

Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and refer only to transit times. They do not include processing times.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, extreme weather, postal strikes, peak holiday periods, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.

All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Every effort has been made to ensure that descriptions reflect the true appearance, quality, and characteristics of each item.

The type(s) of cardstock and paper used - including colour, weight, and texture - have been specified as accurately as possible, to the best of my knowledge.

All product images displayed are digitally created mockups and may not exactly reflect the final product. Colours, textures, and details may vary from what appears on your screen.

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in display monitor settings. Requests for returns or exchanges based solely on perceived colour discrepancies cannot be accommodated.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please send me a message with the correct address, and I will update it before shipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and current. I cannot be held responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for covering postage costs to resend any packages that are returned due to address errors, incomplete or inaccessible delivery details, or if marked as unclaimed or refused.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the postal service. I am unable to guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur after dispatch.

Please understand that delivery times are estimates and are ultimately determined by postal services.

To avoid any disappointment, please place your order well in advance.

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears to be delayed beyond the above timeframes, please get in touch so I can assist.
