1 out of 5 starsSeller sent a piece of wood and tried to pass it off as my order. Said it arrived, but it wasn’t a vase. Beware!

Hello! I’m very sorry for the misunderstanding and any confusion this may have caused. I’d like to clarify that the item we sell is the wooden wall-mounted flower holder shown in our listing photos, not a ceramic vase. The product was described and presented as a wooden floral decoration, so we believe the item itself was accurately represented in our listing. However, we understand your concerns. Although you mentioned that you did not receive the wooden flower holder, we have already issued you a full refund in an effort to resolve the situation. We sincerely regret that your shopping experience did not meet your expectations. Thank you for your understanding. 💛

2 out of 5 starsThe "off white" ceramic wall vase was plaster-white, and it had a sort of unfinished look to me. I painted it a terracotta colour before realising it was missing a hole (where the string was to thread through). I messaged the seller to ask about what to do, and they wouldn't help me because I painted it. Luckily I had the right masonry bits to drill into the ceramic, but overall I feel massively annoyed that I spent this much money on an incomplete product.
