I want you to be happy with your MyVintageVTCottage purchase. All items sold in my shop are vintage or antique and have lived full and useful lives, so they will have some degree of wear and tear. Although I describe items to the best of my ability, including noting flaws in good faith, I am not an expert. Please contact me if there is an issue so that we may resolve it equitably.

Returns will be accepted if the item has been misrepresented and must be in the original packaging, in the condition in which it was received, returned within twenty one days of receipt, and at the expense of the buyer. The refund will be via paypal or Direct Checkout minus the cost of shipping once I am in receipt of the original returned item.

I usually ship USPS mail or UPS and within 3-7 business days of receipt of full payment. Many shipping charges listed are now included in the cost of the item. For items with a listed shipping cost, they are estimates and based on upper-limit zone rates. Any shipping charge over the quoted amount will be refunded to you on your Paypal or Direct Checkout payment method. Recently there have been USPS shipping delays and, although shipped on time from the seller, it can take up to (more than) 14 business days once with USPS for domestic packages to reach their destinations. I currently accept payment by Paypal, Etsy gift cards, and credit cards through Etsy direct checkout. Sometimes a buyer payment will take more than the 48 hours to process through Etsy but as soon as it clears I ship the package.
