Como especialista certificado en vida infantil, estoy muy familiarizado con la falta de materiales de estudio disponibles mientras me dedico al campo de la vida infantil y aprendo sobre el desarrollo infantil. Durante mi viaje como estudiante, esta frase de "Humble and Kind" de Tim McGraw se me quedó grabada. Me sentí sola en mi viaje y no tenía idea de dónde encontrar las respuestas a mis preguntas. A veces ni siquiera sabía cuáles eran mis preguntas. Sin embargo, supe que una vez que llegara a donde iba, no podría evitar dar la vuelta y ayudar al siguiente en la fila. Fue entonces cuando nació Nurturing Development. Estamos juntos en esto ahora.
Mi esperanza es ayudar a cerrar esta brecha y proporcionar materiales de estudio únicos y efectivos para cualquiera que estudie el desarrollo infantil, no solo para los estudiantes de vida infantil. As a Certified Child Life Specialist, I am too familiar with the lack of study materials available while pursuing the field of child life and learning about child development. During my journey as a student, this line from Tim McGraw's "Humble and Kind" stuck with me. I felt alone in my journey and had no idea where to find the answers to my questions. Sometimes, I didn't even know what my questions were. However, I knew once I got to where I was going, I couldn't help but turn back around and help the next one in line. Which is when Nurturing Development was born. We are in this together now.
My hope is to help bridge this gap and provide unique and effective study materials for anyone studying child development, not just child life students.
