I sent a picture of the damage caused by shipping and they sent me a completely new card and the material is just amazing! My boyfriend loves Messi and I was so upset when I saw it came damaged but now I so excited to gift him this card and I am only able to do that because the customer service was amazing! I highly recommend purchasing through this company!
