Shipping Policy
All items are shipped with tracking to ensure you can monitor your package. Our processing times are between 1 to 5 business days, and estimated shipping within the USA typically takes 2 to 10 business days. For international orders, shipping estimates range from 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processes. Please note that we are not responsible for any carrier delays caused by holidays, strikes, weather, or other external events.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns at any time. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will refund or offer a replacement. To qualify for this, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photos of the damage or defect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer errors, including incorrect sizing or personalisation requests made after the order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested via message within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
Change of Details After Purchase
If you need to update your shipping or address details, please message us within 12 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate these changes, but updates may not be possible once the order has entered production.
Custom and personalised orders
We are happy to offer customisation on any product in our store. Simply message us with your request, and we will create a custom listing for you within 24 hours to review and purchase.

Our designs incorporate the use of AI technology to create unique and thoughtful artwork. Additionally, we work with production partners located in various countries to ensure faster delivery to our customers. These partnerships allow us to streamline the process and reduce shipping times.
Our Liability
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your address details are correct at the time of purchase. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external events such as holidays, strikes, or severe weather conditions.
