Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a physical item?
No. PixDaisy sells digital design files. No shirt, mug, transfer, or other physical item will be shipped. Product photos show design previews and possible uses. Please read the listing to see exactly which digital files are included.
Which file format will I receive?
The included file format is stated in each listing. Our collection includes PNG designs and some SVG listings, so please check the individual description before purchasing. A PNG image is not an SVG cut file. Confirm that your software and intended project support the supplied format.
Can I use the designs for products I sell?
Please follow the commercial-use terms in the individual listing. As described in our shop information, designs may be used on permitted finished physical products. The digital files themselves may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. If your intended use is unclear, send us an Etsy Message before purchasing.
How do I choose the right design for my project?
Check the listing for file format, dimensions, included files, and usage terms. Make sure these suit your software, equipment, and intended finished product. Screen and printed colors may vary. Contact PixDaisy through Etsy Messages if you need help choosing a file.
What should I do if I have a problem with my file?
Send PixDaisy an Etsy Message with your order number, the design name, and a description of the issue. If possible, include a screenshot and the name of the software you are using. This helps us understand the problem and provide relevant guidance.
