The Birth of Precision Cut Custom Metal Design....
Comenzamos Precision Cut Custom Metal Design como un complemento de nuestro negocio de construcción en el centro este de Mississippi en la primavera de 2012. Los tiempos eran toba con los precios de la gasolina fuera del techo y las nuevas construcciones y remodelaciones no eran lo primero en la mente de la mayoría de las personas. Necesitábamos algo para ayudar en los tiempos lentos.
A Vincent siempre le ha encantado trabajar con metal y cuando uno de sus amigos le habló de Plasma Cam, de inmediato ordenó el kit para ver de qué se trataba. Hablamos de ello, oramos al respecto y tratamos de encontrar una manera de hacerlo funcionar con nuestro presupuesto ajustado y ¡parece que las piezas simplemente encajaron en su lugar!
Construimos y aislamos una habitación en nuestra tienda y comenzamos a obtener todas las cosas que necesitábamos para poner en marcha el negocio. Desde que decidimos seguir adelante con él hasta que estuvimos cortando la primera pieza probablemente fueron 6 meses. Algo de eso fue estresante, pero ahora que lo tenemos en marcha y estamos empezando a ver un regreso, ¡es mucho más gratificante!
Nos mudamos al hermoso este de Oregón en la primavera de 2019. Oregon ha sido muy bueno con nosotros y nos encantan las vistas de la montaña y el hermoso clima! ¡Estamos en el proceso de construir un granero para crear nuestros letreros! ¡Ha sido un divertido proyecto familiar! trabajando juntos en nuestro Sueño...
Originalmente comenzamos nuestra tienda ETSY para ayudar a dar a conocer nuestro nombre, ya que no vemos muchos walk-ups donde vivimos en el país. Hasta ahora ha sido una gran experiencia trabajar con las diferentes personas que han realizado pedidos. Casi todo el mundo es tan agradable y fácil de trabajar. Es divertido hacer cosas hermosas para los demás y divertido escucharlos exclamar cuánto aman sus nuevos signos. No hemos hecho mucho envío internacional pero si estás interesado en algo por favor contáctanos y podremos comprobar el precio si tenemos tu dirección.

We started Precision Cut Custom Metal Design as a supplement to our construction business in east central Mississippi in the spring of 2012. Times were tuff with gas prices out the roof and new construction and remodeling not the first thing on most peoples minds. We needed something to help out in the slow times.
Vincent has always loved to work with metal and when one of his friends told him about Plasma Cam he right away ordered the kit to see what it was all about. We talked about it, prayed about it and tried to figure a way to make it work with our tight budget and it seems that the pieces just fell into place!
We built and insulated a room in our shop and started getting all the things we needed to get the business going. From when we decided to go ahead with it till we were cutting the first piece was probably 6 months. Some of it was stressful but now that we have it going and are starting to see a return it is much more rewarding!!
We relocated to beautiful Eastern Oregon in the Spring of 2019. Oregon has been very good to us and we love the mountain views and beautiful weather! We are in the process of building a Barn to create our signs in! It has been a fun Family Project! working together on our Dream...
We originally started our ETSY store to help get our name out as we don't see many walk ups where we live out in the country. So far it has been a great experience working with the different people that have placed orders. Most everyone is so nice and easy to work with. It is fun to make beautiful things for others and fun to hear them exclaim how much they love their new signs. We have not done much shipping internationally but if you are interested in something please contact us and we can check on the price if we have your address.
