PRIVACY POLICY — PRINTPACKDESK
Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

Robert Holts, trading as BAMBOLEILO and operating the Etsy shop PrintPackDesk, is responsible for the personal information he processes to operate this shop.

Address: Britzer Straße 36, 16225 Eberswalde, Germany
Email: robgolz@yahoo.com
You may also contact me through Etsy Messages.

This policy covers my processing of buyer information. Etsy processes information for its own purposes under its separate Privacy Policy: https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy/

2. Information I receive

When you order or contact me, Etsy provides information needed to handle your purchase or enquiry. This may include your name, Etsy username, email address, billing information, order details, payment status and messages. I do not receive your full payment-card details.

Please provide only information needed to resolve your enquiry.

3. Why I use information

I use information to fulfil orders, provide customer support and handle refunds or disputes where applicable (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

I also process records to meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Where necessary, I use relevant information to prevent fraud and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. These are my legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I do not sell buyer information or use order contact details for unsolicited marketing.

4. Who receives information

Information is shared with Etsy as necessary to operate the shop and resolve transactions. Relevant information may also be provided to tax or legal advisers, public authorities or courts where necessary for legal obligations or claims.

Communications sent by email are processed by the email provider. Etsy and email services may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where I arrange a transfer requiring GDPR safeguards, I use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can contact me for details of safeguards applicable to my processing.

5. Retention

I retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory retention periods under German law. Support correspondence is deleted when no longer needed, unless it forms part of a legally required record or an unresolved dispute. Records required for legal claims are retained until the relevant proceedings or limitation periods have ended.

Etsy determines retention periods for information held under its own responsibility.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Contact me using the details above. For information controlled solely by Etsy, contact Etsy directly.

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority responsible for Brandenburg, Germany, or the authority where you live or work.

Information needed to fulfil an order or meet legal obligations must be provided for those purposes; without necessary information I may be unable to fulfil the order or resolve your request. I do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about buyers.

7. PrintPack Desk offline application

The downloaded PrintPack Desk HTML application processes images locally in your browser. It does not upload your artwork to me or require an account. I do not receive images you process in the application. If you voluntarily send an image when requesting support, I use it only to handle that request.
