1 out of 5 starsI purchased this template in good faith, printed all pages and cut out all the pieces, only to discover that the box could not be assembled from the files provided. I contacted the seller on 6 June requesting assembly instructions. After waiting 10 days for a response, no instructions, diagrams, photos, or guidance were provided. Instead, I was told the template was "self-explanatory." Unfortunately, the product remained unusable and I was unable to complete the project. As a result, I lost both the purchase price and the cost of printing the files. Because the issue could not be resolved directly with the seller, I sought a refund through Etsy. Disappointing experience and not the level of support I expected from a paid digital product.

Horrible because you still wanted the order after I refunded you. Days before. It was not in my control that mail was not issued to you on agreed date FedEx Date. Mind you thi was after you was already informed prior to shipping it was cutting it close and the date Fedex offered. You begged me to still print order and ship so that DOES NOT Fall on me. I have the message thread to prove that.
