星 5 個のうち 5 個Having been born on Christmas Day, 1947 in the Beth Israel Hospital in Newark, N.J. I always wanted to read about and see pictures of this storm. My mother told me that my father could not get to see us for several days after the storm as he could not get to the hospital and had to take care of my older sister at home. I had never seen any photos of the blizzard and its aftermath, and so it was very interesting to finally see what it was like. I admit I did think there would be more photos of the blizzard, but I was happy I got to read it in the Life magazine of that day.
