We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. As discussed in our messages, you mentioned that you had believed the item was a canvas. We explained that the listing title, description and materials clearly state that this product is an A4 200gsm paper print/poster, not a canvas. We offered a return in line with our shop policy, which requires the buyer to cover return postage costs. Regarding shipping, the order was dispatched promptly and delivered from the UK to the US within 8 working days, which falls within our stated timeframe. We always aim to ensure our listings are clear and accurate and to assist customers wherever possible, and we’re sorry this purchase did not meet your expectations.
