Due to a glitch on Etsy, the buyer was unable to track the shipment; however, I reassured them, resolved the issue within one or two days, and the buyer successfully received the ring. Even after this, in accordance with Etsy's rules, I was required to issue a full refund for the ring. Yet, the buyer subsequently left a negative review and did not return the ring; this review serves no purpose other than to mislead others.

2 out of 5 starsStone is very dark that it looks black when the ring is on. The gold finish wore off the top around the stone within a week. Would not recommend. :(
