How long is shipping & handling
Handling can take up to 3-5 days since we have to produce the item and make sure that there is no errors. Once when the product passes, it will go straight to shipping. Depending on certain days, Shipping carriers will pick up the items at the location where it was produced or we will go to the shipping companies to safely ship.
Shipping in the US can take up to 4-8 business days
Shipping Internationally can take up to 10-30 business days
What happens if a shipping carrier loses or damaged the item?
We will try and send out another item at no cost. Please allow additional time as this will lead to a longer wait since the item needs to be reproduced.
When should I purchase a product so it can arrive before certain holidays?
It is recommended to get the items no later than 2.5 - 3 weeks in advance. For example, Christmas season can lead to higher order volumes and shipping carriers containing more packages than usual. Also severe storms can impact shipping.
For International shipping, Its best to purchase 1 Month in advance since shipping carriers are in the process on transporting to different facilities prior to ship to a different country.
Why do I see my order 1-2 days overdue on shipping?
(Keep in mind this rarely happens)
We have to produce the item and make sure the the item contains no errors before we ship it out. Also, we sell in multiple sites which increases orders for us. If you see an order that may be overdue, dont worry. We will make sure it gets shipped to you.
