1 na 5 gwiazdekThis listing is confusing. It has two iPhone images, and I specifically purchased it because of the second one, but that’s the one that is not included. Why include two images in the listing if they’re not part of what you receive? This doesn’t work for me as advertised.

Hi, I’m so sorry for the confusion, and I completely understand why this was frustrating. You’re right that showing both iPhone mockups in the listing could make it unclear which mockup is included in the download. As an apology and a little something to make it right, I’ve added the iPhone mockup you were expecting to the product downloads. You can now find it together with the other files included with your purchase. I’m sorry again for the misunderstanding, and I really appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I hope the additional mockup makes up for the confusion and that you’ll be able to use it for your project. 💛 Thank you for your understanding!

Często zadawane pytania
What do I receive when I buy a digital download product?
When you purchase a digital download product, you won't receive a physical item in the mail. Instead, you'll get instant access to one or more digital files that you can download right after purchase.
These files are ready to use, print, or edit (depending on the product). After payment, you can find your download link through Etsy under your purchases — and it's often sent to your email as well.
You can get started right away — fast, easy, and no waiting!
Am I allowed to use the file commercially?
Whether you can use a file commercially depends on the specific license of the product. This is always clearly stated in the product description, so make sure to read it carefully before making a purchase.
In most cases, the files are intended for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or used commercially without permission.
