SHIPPING:

I use Royal Mail to post all my parcels.
Estimated shipping times with this service*:

UK - 2-4 business days
Europe - 3-11 business days
Rest of the World - 3-11 business days

All items are shipped as "STANDARD SHIPPING",
if you added on to standard postage price - "Delivery upgrades" - items are shipped as "INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED" .

I am more than happy to ship internationally. I have the most common shipping locations listed but if your location falls outside these areas please contact me with the location you require the item to be shipped to. I will then take the item to the post office to be weighed and find out the shipping costs to your destination allowing you to make an informed decision before you buy.

I unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any parcels which are lost in transit. If this happens I will do everything I can to follow up with the Post Office and work with you the customer to get it solved. Please make sure that you have checked with your neighbour to see that they have not signed for your parcel while you were out or the parcel has not been left at your local post office. If you require recorded delivery please contact me for a quote as it does not come as standard. I am happy to provide proof of postage on request. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees which might occur when the parcel enters their country

ADDRESS:
The packet or parcel shall go to the address you provided with your Etsy account, please double check this is correct before purchasing. If the item is a gift and you would prefer it to go straight to the gift recipient please add this address in the 'notes to seller' section at the checkout along with the name. If the gift recipient is outside of your country please contact me to arrange and I shall be happy to do this.

PACKAGING:
Breakable items are carefully wrapped in protective packaging to ensure your item is protected during shipping.

Customer satisfaction means a great deal to me. If you have any questions about any of my items please ask me before purchasing. I answer all inquires as fully as I can and will try to provide any information requested.

I photograph all my items in high resolution so you can see in detail the item. Please click on the photographs to view the items in high resolution. Please be aware that due to different lighting and different computer monitor settings the colour of the item may vary slightly from the photograph.
