Shop Policy (Custom Vinyl Decals, Stickers & Printed Materials)

1. Returns & Refunds

All custom and personalised orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom items.
Refunds are not provided for issues arising during decal application, sticker/flyer use, or other handling errors, including:
Incorrect installation or peeling of vinyl decals
Damaging decals or stickers during application
Misuse or mishandling of printed materials

2. Vinyl Decals

Our decals are precision-cut vinyl, not full-sheet printed vinyl. Full-sheet designs would be printed vinyl.
Application can be tricky, especially on glass surfaces. An application guide is provided with each order and is also available in the listing images and product video.
Customers unsure of applying decals are strongly encouraged to seek professional assistance.

3. Stickers, Flyers, and Printed Materials

Printed products are converted to CMYK for printing, which may cause slight color variations. This is normal and not a reason for refund.
Customers must provide files that meet our listing specifications (size, resolution, color format, bleed, etc.).
Low-resolution files or files that do not follow listing instructions may result in a product that differs from expectations. We do not offer refunds in these cases.
Final printed products may vary slightly from digital previews due to printer calibration and substrate differences.

4. Design Files & Vector Art

We provide finished products only. Original vector files, templates, or artwork are never shared.
Our designs are part of our internal production workflow and remain proprietary.

5. Order Confirmation & Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
Customers are responsible for reviewing listing details, including product specifications, application instructions, and printing requirements before ordering.

6. Artwork Approval & Customer Response Time

We may send a mockup or artwork proof for customer approval before production.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and respond to these messages promptly.
If no response is received within 24 hours, we reserve the right to proceed with production using the provided details and initial design in order to avoid delays.
Failure to respond within the given timeframe will be considered as full approval of the design.
Delays in responding to approval messages may result in a delay to the dispatch date, and therefore delivery may be later than originally estimated. We are not responsible for delays caused by late customer responses.
Once production has started, changes, cancellations, or refunds are not possible, including cases where the customer did not respond to the approval message in time.
By placing an order, customers agree to this timeframe and accept responsibility for reviewing and approving their design.

7. Shipping & Packaging

All orders are carefully produced and packed to avoid damage. Video proof of production and packing may be kept for quality control purposes.
