If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP to find out if it's an option. We cannot guarantee cancellations on any orders but generally orders with printed vinyl can be cancelled if you contact us within 12 hours. Orders containing only non-printed items are not eligible to be cancelled. Restocking fees may apply to cancelled orders.

Please contact us ASAP if you want to add to your order. Any excess shipping fees paid will go toward a faster shipping method and will not be refunded for any reason.

When adding onto your order, the processing time will be updated based on the time from when the most recent order was placed.

Non Printed Items: Normally 1 business day
Printed Items: Normally 2-4 business days
Custom/Bulk/Rolls: Normally 4-7 business days once the custom changes/design is approved.

If your scheduled ship by date falls on a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day. We occasionally ship on Saturdays.

Once your order ships, it normally takes 2-7 business days depending on the shipping method. During holidays, expect delays.

If you are international, shipping normally takes approx 1-2 weeks but differs per country.

Also, keep in mind that if your country charges customs fees/taxes, it is your responsibility to pay them and it isn't something we can pay or charge upfront for. More info: https://rb.gy/g3vz5y

Choose the RUSH shipping option when you place your order. This will upgrade you to 1 business day processing and Priority shipping (2-3 business days).

Rush orders should be delivered within 3 to 4 business days of the day they are placed.

This DOES NOT include Express or Overnight Shipping. Please contact us for other shipping options BEFORE ordering.

Any order placed without the RUSH option will ship within our normal processing times.

If you would like to upgrade to rush processing AFTER the order has already submitted, please contact us. You are more likely to get your items quicker if you purchase the RUSH when you place your order.

Printed HTV requires a carrier sheet to use it properly. All orders placed with Printed HTV will include a carrier sheet. The carrier sheet is reusable so we provide 1 sheet for every 3 sheets of HTV that is ordered.

Sheets are available to purchase separately as well.

The carrier sheet include will be dependent on the largest size sheet that is ordered.

For example, if you order a 12x24 sheet and 4 12x12 sheets, your order will include one 12x24 carrier sheet.

With the exception of copyright/trademarked/licensed designs, we can print pretty much anything.

These type of designs can only be used by those who have a license/authorization to use them. Most images of this nature available online or digital files available for purchase are being sold illegally and we will not break the law to print these items for you.

We may also use discretion and decline orders when it comes to designs of sensitive/offensive nature, depending on the content.

If you are unsure if the file you are interested in purchasing or file you have is something we can or will print, please contact us BEFORE purchasing. We will cancel and refund orders placed for items we can not or choose not to print

Some of our listings have design options built in but it really depends on what you are wanting designed and how much design work is required for the project.

Please contact us with as much information about what you are trying to have designed and will give you a quote for design services. Here are some details that will help us give you the most accurate quote possible:

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items will be inspected to verify condition. Items cannot be used in any way and sealed rolls/packages must still be sealed to qualify for refunds.

Items must be shipped back at the customer's expense and any refunds will be for the product cost only, less any restocking fees.

You MUST contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to inquire about returning your order. Any items returned to us without prior contact will not be returned and will not be refunded.

If you need to place a new order for different items, we recommend doing so as a separate transaction to expedite the production of your new order since everything is made to order.
