Cuando me mudé a mi pequeño apartamento, todo parecía un caos. Las llaves desaparecían cada mañana, las chaquetas se amontonaban en las sillas y la entrada parecía un lugar por el que se pasa con prisas en lugar de un lugar al que se llega.
Una noche, tras perder las llaves otra vez, me senté y dibujé un sencillo llavero de madera, algo pequeño que transmitiera tranquilidad. Lo hice a mano, lo lijé, lo teñí y lo colgué en la pared.
La mañana siguiente se sintió diferente. Mis llaves estaban justo donde debían estar. Mi espacio se sentía más cálido. No era solo un llavero; era la primera vez que sentía que mi casa era mía.
Unos amigos que me visitaron me preguntaron dónde lo había comprado. Cuando les dije que lo había hecho yo, también quisieron uno.
Así empezó mi pequeña tienda Etsy.
Hoy, cada pieza que creo está inspirada en ese momento, en la idea de que un pequeño objeto en la pared puede hacer que la vida parezca más fácil, más acogedora y más hermosa.
Mi nombre es Adam, y cada llavero y perchero que diseño está hecho con la esperanza de que le brinde a alguien más esa misma sensación de hogar que encontré en mi pequeño apartamento hace años.
When I first moved into my tiny apartment, everything felt messy. Keys disappeared every morning, jackets piled up on chairs, and the entrance looked like a place you hurry through instead of a place you come home to.
One evening, after losing my keys again, I sat down and sketched a simple wooden key holder just something small to bring a sense of calm. I made it by hand, sanded it, stained it, and hung it on my wall.
The next morning felt different. My keys were exactly where they should be. My space felt warmer. It wasn’t just a key holder it was the first time my home felt like mine.
Friends who visited asked where I bought it. When I said I made it, they wanted one too.
That’s how my little Etsy shop began.
Today, every piece I create is inspired by that moment by the idea that a small item on a wall can make life feel easier, cozier, and more beautiful.
