Our Story
La nostra famiglia di 6 persone ama viaggiare. Niente dice avventura come vivere la vita in uno Sprinter Van mentre esploriamo il nostro splendido e immenso paese. Alcuni dei nostri viaggi preferiti hanno incluso la costa della California, un viaggio in auto non-stop di 18 ore dalla California al Colorado solo per raggiungere le Montagne Rocciose, il Glacier National Park nel Montana, la costa orientale e il nostro nuovo stato preferito: il Maine.
In ogni posto in cui ci siamo fermati, abbiamo cercato un adesivo per dare vita e colore alla porta del frigorifero all'interno del furgone e commemorare i luoghi che abbiamo visitato. Ci è piaciuto molto creare questa collezione e siamo stati ispirati a creare le nostre aggiunte.
Mio marito e io abbiamo entrambi occhio per l'arte e la grafica e abbiamo deciso che saremmo stati una grande squadra. Così la nostra famiglia di 6 persone si è seduta una sera per fare brainstorming sul nome perfetto per questa nuova ed entusiasmante attività di adesivi. L'amore di mio marito per Big Foot e Sasquatch è stato l'ispirazione per il nome Squatchy.
Poiché la nostra casa e i nostri cuori sono in California, il nostro primo progetto è stato il CA Bear. Da quando abbiamo iniziato nell'estate del 2018, abbiamo creato adesivi che racchiudono epici punti di riferimento all'aperto in modo che un po' delle nostre avventure preferite possa accompagnarci ovunque.
Our family of 6 loves to travel. Nothing says adventure like living life in a Sprinter Van as we explore our beautiful huge country. Some of our favorite trips have included the California coast, an 18-hour nonstop drive from CA to Colorado just to get to the Rockies, Glacier National Park in Montana, the East Coast, and our new favorite state - Maine.
At every place we've stopped, we look for a sticker to bring life and color to the fridge door inside the van and commemorate the places we've visited. We loved getting to build this collection and we were inspired to create our own additions.
My husband and I both have an eye for art and graphic design and decided we would make a great team. So our family of 6 sat down one evening to brainstorm the perfect name to call this new and exciting sticker business. My husband's love for Big Foot and Sasquatch was the inspiration for the name Squatchy.
Since our home and hearts are in California, our very first design was the CA Bear. Since we started in Summer 2018, we've created stickers that encompass epic outdoor landmarks so that a little bit of our favorite adventures can come with us everywhere.
