Custom and personalized orders
Every order is fully custom and made just for you. After checkout, enter your desired text (player name, title, stats, or anything you want on the card and slab label) in the personalization section.
Then send your photo to us through Etsy messages. We will design your card from scratch, print it, and seal it in a professional graded-style slab. Because every order is a custom product built around your photo and text, please double check your personalization details before submitting.
If you have questions about your order or need changes before production starts, just message us and we will take care of you.
Wholesale availability
Yes, we offer bulk and team pricing. If you are a coach, league director, team parent, or organization looking to order custom cards for an entire team or league, message us and we will put together a package for you. We work with youth sports leagues, travel ball teams, high school programs, sports banquets, and end of season events. The more cards you order, the better the pricing. Just let us know how many players, which card style you are interested in, and any details about your event or timeline and we will get you a quote.
What kind of photos work best?
Action shots and posed photos both work great. The higher the resolution the better your card will look. Vertical or portrait orientation is ideal since it fits the card layout best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos. If the photo you send will not work well we will reach out and let you know before we start production.
How long does it take to get my card?
Each card is custom designed and built from scratch so please allow 3 to 5 business days for production. Shipping time depends on your location. If you need your order by a specific date for an event or senior night, message us before ordering and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline.
Can I order cards for a whole team?
Absolutely. We work with coaches, league directors, and team parents all the time. Message us with the number of players, the card style you want, and your event date and we will put together a bulk package with team pricing.
What if my card arrives damaged?
We ship every order with protective packaging to prevent damage. If your card arrives damaged, message us with a photo of the damage and we will make it right. Because every order is a custom product made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage.
