SHIPPING

Every order is designed specifically for you with your design choices. We offer our customers many design choices allowing you to get the exact product you need and want. Through the majority of the year orders are shipped within 3 business days after orders are placed. Shipping times may increase during the back-to-school season, but we still strive to remain within our 3 day shipping goal.

We work diligently to get all orders out promptly to all of our customers and orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. Choosing a faster shipping method does not push your order to the front of line.

Estimates are not guarantees. Time frames are subject to change. We observe all U.S. Holidays.

ORDER MISTAKES

If there is any mistake on an order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. If we made the mistake, we will correct it promptly.

SHIPPING WITH U.S.

We ship all orders by the United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking. We ship First Class (aka Ground Advantage), Priority and Express. Estimated delivery times for orders shipping within the U.S. according to USPS for Priority Mail is 2-3 delivery days and Express 1-2 delivery days depending upon your location from us. Delivery days do not include order processing time. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facilities based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

International shipping methods include First Class (aka Ground Advantage), Priority and Express Mail via USPS and Global Post. Delivery times depend on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facilities based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

International shipments can be tracked with your tracking number at goglobalpost.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Estimated delivery time to Australia and Canada is approximately 9 days via First Class.

TRACKING MY ORDER

As soon as your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping notification via email. Once USPS scans your package you will begin to see activity on your tracking number. If your tracking number shows as "invalid" when you try to track it, it simply means it has not be scanned by USPS yet, but will be soon. International Packages can be tracked online with your tracking number at goglobalpost.com.

PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BY I DON'T HAVE IT

Be sure to check with all people living at your residence to ensure the package has not been misplaced. Verify that you gave us the correct shipping address. If you still do not have your package, please contact us with your Order Number and we will investigate the issue and open a case with USPS to get the package located.

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

As long as your order has not left our facility we are happy to change your shipping address for you. However, if you paid via PayPal we must ship to the address on file with PayPal for you to be covered by PayPal’s Buyers Protection. If your order has not been set to print, we can cancel and refund your order and you can place the order again via PayPal.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note: We assume no responsibility for shipping delays caused by delivery carriers or weather. However, if you have issues with delivery we are happy to help you resolve any issue that may arise. Simply contact us and let us know the details of the issue and we'll happily assist you.

ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER

If your first order is still in production, you are welcome to place a second order and we'll refund shipping on the second order. Contact us immediately, to check the status of your order and we'll be happy to assist you. Unfortunately, we are unable to "add to an existing" order already placed.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We cannot always honor order cancellation requests. We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your products quickly. If work has begun on your order, it can not be cancelled. Please contact us to check the status of your order if a cancellation is needed.
