La mia storia:
Aram è cresciuto in una famiglia armena la cui madre era casalinga e suo padre era un meccanico. All'inizio, voleva provare il lavoro di suo padre come sua futura carriera, ma dopo essere andato all'officina di riparazione di suo padre e aver visto suo padre riparare le auto, notò che non era quel meccanico. Un giorno chiese a suo zio di andare con lui nella sua gioielleria. Dopo aver visitato la gioielleria di suo zio e l'atmosfera circondata da molti gioiellieri che lavoravano per suo zio, si rese conto che questo è tutto. Questo è ciò che voglio fare come mia futura carriera. A 18 anni ha iniziato a lavorare nella gioielleria di suo zio dove, secondo Aram, "ho scoperto che amavo i gioielli, lavorando con metallo, oro e diamanti creando cose che portavano un sorriso sui volti delle persone". Nel 2007, Aram è emigrato negli Stati Uniti d'America per perseguire il suo (American Dream). Nel 2008, ha iniziato a lavorare come incastonatore di diamanti in un negozio nel centro di Los Angeles. Nel 2009, ha avviato la propria attività a City of Angels Downtown LA. Aram lavora da allora come gioielliere e incastonatore di diamanti. Ci è voluta molta pratica ad Aram per essere bravo a fare e riparare gioielli. Ha scoperto che l'apprendimento è molto importante per l'apprendimento, in quanto è qui che è possibile osservare qualcuno in azione che ha più esperienza, così come alcuni trucchi utili per rendere ogni lavoro migliore.

My Story:
Aram grew up in a Armenian family whose mother was homemaker and his father was a mechanic. At first, he wanted to try his father’s job as his future career but after going to his father’s repair shop and watching his dad repairing cars he noticed that he was not that Mechanic guy. One day he asked his uncle to go to his jewelry shop with him. After visiting his uncle jewelry shop and the atmosphere surrounded by many jewelers who were working for his uncle, he realized that this is it. This is what I want to do as my future career. At 18 he started working in his uncle Jewelry store where according to Aram, "I found that I loved jewelry, working with metal,gold and diamond creating things that brought a smile to people's faces". In 2007, Aram emigrated to United States of America to pursue his (American Dream). In 2008, he started working as a diamond setter in a store in Downtown Los Angeles. In 2009, he started up his own business in City of Angels Downtown LA. Aram has been working since as a jeweler and diamond setter. It took Aram a lot of practice to be good at making and repairing jewelry. He found that apprenticing is very important to learning, as this is where you can observe someone in action who has more experience, as well as some handy tricks for making each job go better.
