Tracking confirmed delivery to the address provided. Despite this verification and the issuance of a full refund, a replacement set of scales was sent as a courtesy to resolve the claim of non-receipt.

5 out of 5 starsThe Desert Ironwood Burl scales Bobby made for my Benchmade Adira are absolutely beautiful. The fit and finish are excellent, and the wood grain has a deep, rich look that completely changed the character of the knife. You can tell real care and craftsmanship went into these. Bobby was also great to work with. He replied quickly, answered my questions professionally, and had a very fast turnaround time. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and I'm extremely thankful for the work he put into this. I couldn't be happier with how these turned out. Highly recommend Bobby's work to anyone looking to upgrade their knife with quality custom scales.

5 out of 5 starsThey don't fit the knife liners! They showed up cracked and cracked more around the Lanyard hole and the pivot when trying to install them! Etsy issued a refund!

Buyer and I worked things out. Buyer changed to 5 stars but didn't update content. I am taking this opportunity to inform repeat/new buyers looking to purchase scale sets. Each scale set is rigorously inspected for structural and cosmetic micro-cracks before shipment. While wood is a strong and durable material, it still remains an organic substance that can fracture under excessive localized pressure. High-tolerance components on models like the Spyderco PM2 require precise alignment and minimal force; reviewer's claims of cracking isolated specifically to the lanyard and pivot holes indicates a high probability of improper installation or the application of excessive force during assembly rather than a material defect. Please be mindful of overtightening screws and using excessive force during the installation process.
