TheExperienceFiles

Hi, I'm Shelley.

Some people keep a junk drawer. I keep files: the checklists, notes, shortcuts, and systems I've picked up over a pretty full life.

I've raised five kids over 35 years. I grew up traveling and still haven't stopped, from road trips to crossing borders to living the RV life (I own two). I have a degree in IT and have spent decades figuring out how to make technology actually work for real people. I write songs, I've tended bar, I host trivia, and I've built businesses from the ground up. And in 2022, I lost my son, which taught me more than anything else about what real support looks like.

The Experience Files is me opening that drawer and sharing what's inside. Whenever I find or build something that made my life easier, I turn it into a tool that can make yours easier too.

You'll find printables you can download and use right away, plus interactive files that open on your phone or computer and connect you to other helpful tools. Every one is designed by me, from something I've actually lived.

New files get added as life keeps teaching me things, so check back often.

Whatever brought you here, I'm really glad you found your way.
