This shop respects your privacy and only collects the information needed to process your order.

What I collect:
When you make a purchase, Etsy shares your name, email address, and order details with me so I can fulfil your order and provide support if needed. I do not collect payment information directly — all payments are processed securely by Etsy.

How I use it:
- To deliver your digital files and confirm your order
- To respond to any messages or questions you send me
- To keep basic records for tax and accounting purposes, as required by law

I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and I do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

Data retention:
I keep order information for as long as required for UK tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights:
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact me at hello@thegradeedit.com.

Etsy acts as the platform processing your payment and order — please see Etsy's own Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data as the marketplace operator.
