I purchased several sweat shirts but needed shipping to be delayed so my packages wouldn’t just sit at my front door while I was out of town. The seller was very understanding and helped set up a delivery schedule that worked for me. The sweat shirts are super soft on the inside and true to size.

星 5 個のうち 5 個The printing on the tshirt was not good. There were gaps in the printing where you can see the Tshirt and not the print.

Custom and personalised orders
❓ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or sizing issues.
We only accept replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or with manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damaged or defective item. We’ll do our best to get a replacement sent out quickly or issue a refund. Service and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
Sizing details
❓ What if I ordered the wrong size or the clothing doesn’t fit?
Please double-check the size chart before ordering — since all apparel is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
If your item was mislabeled or you believe the sizing is incorrect due to a manufacturing error, please contact us with photos and we’ll review it for a replacement.
Custom and personalised orders
❓ How long will my order take to arrive?
All products are printed on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus standard shipping time depending on your location.
Shipping estimates are provided on each product listing Please allow a few days extra for any personalised items for example engraving, embroidery.

Slight variations in colour, print placement, or size scaling may occur due to the nature of the print-on-demand process. These are not considered defects.
