4 out of 5 starsI really wanted to give five stars. Stephen was phenomenal to work with. His communication was quick and so understanding and helpful. My order was not able to be fulfilled by the anticipated date, as I ordered this shirt weeks in advance for a party. However after the delivery date came and went, Stephen was understanding enough to provide a refund, as we were not sure if I’d have the shirt in time for the party. Stephen did still fulfill the order and it did get to me in time. Item quality 4 stars because the shirt runs smaller than anticipated based on product info provided. Shipping 4 stars because of the major delay but the resolutions provided, and customer service 5 stars because Stephen was phenomenal to work with.
