Hi, I’m Ember the maker behind Thread & Cinder.
I’m a mom of two who started designing embroidery as a creative outlet, inspired by cozy moments, soft details, and the books I love. I’m also dyslexic, which has shaped the way I connect with stories and creativity. What began as stitching for myself has grown into a collection of digital patterns that are both beginner friendly and thoughtfully designed.
I create a mix of cozy, slightly edgy, and book inspired pieces all made to help you slow down, get creative, and stitch something that feels personal.

Every design is personally created by me not AI generated because I believe handmade creativity deserves a personal touch. I’m passionate about making embroidery accessible, inspiring, and enjoyable for stitchers of all skill levels.
