Yes! To protect the natural beauty of the Pine and Acacia wood, we include a glass or plastic insert inside every vase. You can safely fill it with water for your fresh flowers. The exterior is finished with natural oils to preserve the wood's texture. You can occasionally re-oil it to keep the grain looking vibrant for years.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most of our handmade candles and wood blanks are ready to ship within 2-3 business days. If an item is in the final crafting stage, it may take up to 4 days to ensure the perfect finish. Standard shipping to the USA usually takes 2–3 weeks. If you need your order sooner for a special occasion, please message us about expedited shipping options!

What kind of wax do you use in your candles?

We prioritize your health and the environment by using high-quality, natural olive wax and clear aesthetic wax. Our artisan candles are available both unscented (perfect for sensitive spaces) and with a variety of premium fragrances.
Note: For sculptural pieces like our meditating frog candles, we recommend using a small coaster or heat-resistant plate to catch any natural wax drips.

How "ready" are the wood blanks for DIY projects?

We sand our wood blanks to a professional 240-grit finish, making them incredibly smooth to the touch. Because wood is a living material, minor surface texture may occasionally change due to humidity during transit. A quick, light touch-up with fine sandpaper will restore that perfect "glass-like" smoothness instantly.

Can I add a personal touch or a gift note?

Absolutely! We have an in-house laser engraver, so we can personalize your wooden items with names, dates, or logos. If you are sending a candle gift, just leave us a note at checkout—we’d be happy to include a handwritten card for your recipient at no extra cost.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our fragile items, but we know accidents can happen during international transit. If your item arrives in poor condition, please send us a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a full replacement at our expense. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
