These files are designed to be opened in professional software such as Photoshop or Affinity, not in Canva. When the file is resized, this type of distortion can occur. The original file is correct and does not have this issue when used properly. This is the first time we’ve had this situation after hundreds of successful sales. Unfortunately, the problem comes from using the file in Canva, which is not compatible with this file type, rather than from the product itself.
