Why was my download in PDF format?
Because of Etsy's limitations on the size of files we can upload, we can give them to you as instant downloads. So we give you a PDF that has a link to your files, which live in a Google Drive. You can instantly download the files as soon as you click the link in the PDF.
Custom and personalized orders
The image in the description of the file is for reference only and expresses only the variant that seems to us optimal and the most advantageous. Also some files are suitable for printing as well as for engraving or cutting and others are not. Designs with basic PNG files (for sublimation) are offered in the colors you see in the image. However, the listings with the SVG master files (engraving cutouts and some t-shirt designs) are created in black except for the cutting lines for the cutouts (red lines).
You are free to choose your own print color for your image. If you have difficulty in changing the color you can contact us for help.

We offer files of the format that we believe is universal for this product.
All our designs are created in Adobe software.
We upload files in SVG format (may not be the best but the most universal format supported by all programs for engraving cutting or printing) or in PNG format (for sublimation and other printing).
If there are any problems with file compatibility, please contact us immediately for help.
Also if you need any other file format you can contact us before purchase and ask if we can provide you with an additional file. If the file exists, it will not cost you extra.

Since our products are digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.

We proceed from the fact that the digital goods (images) we offer are intended for further processing and you buying them know how to change the scale and place them on the area of printing or engraving in the best possible way. Or you contact a specialist. For example, a print-on-demand service. Also it is necessary to note the fact that the layouts of products used by us to demonstrate our designs do not cover all the variety of existing on the market bottles, cans, t-shirts, etc.

• Digital art is a type of artwork that is designed and sold in a digital format. This is a digital product, no physical product will be shipped.
• Etsy will send you a link to where you can access the file(s) once payment has cleared. You can then download it and print it yourself.You can print it at home, or take it to a professional printing service.
• Due to variations in monitors, web viewing devices and printers, the colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual printed file
• No refunds can be issued due to the digital nature of the product. All sales are final.
• Please do not copy, share or redistribute my printables. They are for PERSONAL USE only and can be printed multiple times

1. As soon as payment clears, you’ll receive a notification from Etsy letting you know your files are ready to download and you will be provided with a link to download your prints. In the event that you miss this link, you can retrieve your file from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your profile. 2. Download the files to your computer and save them somewhere safe.
3. Select the size and media to print on. Print and frame. Or don't frame it.
