Where are my files?
Once you buy an item you will receive an automated email from Etsy with a link to your digital download.
If you have an Etsy account you can access your files anytime by going to "Your account" > "Purchases and reviews". To the right of the purchase order, you will see where you can download the files to your computer.
MOBILE DEVICES: You can't download files from the Etsy mobile app! You must use your browser app in desktop mode. Then you can go to the Etsy webpage to download your purchase.
NOTICE: You will receive your digital download after payment is confirmed. Although rare, it's possible that this can take more time than anticipated. I regrettably have no control over payments processing. Please be patient.
Do you do custom work?
Not at this time. I am seeking ways to do this effectively with this platform.
What am I allowed to do with the artwork?
Please read the product description of the item you wish to purchase. The terms of use are listed there.
Can you help me with my printer/machine issues?
No, sorry. It's unrealistic to expect technical support on this issue because I don't have immediate access to everyone's devices.
Why has the color of my print changed?
Please know that the colors on your computer monitor will always differ from a printout because of color profiles, ink levels, paper type, and other such factors.
Can I use this graphic as part of my logo design?
Be aware that the graphics I sell are non-exclusive. This means that other people will use them in their own projects. Thus, a logo created with the graphic will not be unique or brand worthy. I don't recommend this practice for this reason.
Why am I getting an unsupported file type error message?
Something most likely went wrong with the download. Please delete the files and retry the download. Next, try restarting your computer and application. Contact me if the problem persists. I will do my best to help!
