When will I get my order?

[COVID-19]​ Usually, it takes 3–7 days for my production partner to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Also, my production partner's fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to fluctuate until things get back to normal. They are seeing delays in their supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the ENTIRE INDUSTRY is grappling with challenges.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be NORMALLY estimated as follows:
❖ USA: 3–7 business days
❖ Europe: 6–10 business days
❖ Australia: 2–14 business days
❖ International: 10–25 business days
At times, delivery can be unpredictable depending on the situation in your particular area, or if it involves customs.

Where are you located and where will my order ship from? Will I be charged customs for my order?

❖ I live in British Columbia, Canada, but I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide: USA (NC, LA), Canada, Europe (Latvia, Spain), Mexico, Australia, Japan. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! (Please note that I do NOT ship from my home address, regardless of what Etsy's interface sometimes states.)

❖ Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How do I track my order? My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment. Please be patient, but do not wait too long either.
Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:
❖Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
❖Ask your local post office if they have your package
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with me on Etsy.
If you *did* find a *mistake* in your delivery address - please contact me and we will discuss our options - my production partners might be able to send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
❖ Each item is printed and manufactured just for you when you place your order, which not only makes this apparel and accessories unique but also helps to avoid textile and other waste from overproduction.
❖ My printing partner's state-of-the-art printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy.
❖ These new made-to-order technologies are the future of manufacturing, and we proud to be part of the sustainable fashion movement.

What’s your return policy? Do you offer refunds?

Please remember that each item is unique and made just for you when you place your order, which also means that I do not have a warehouse with the same items in all sizes or colors - the whole new order needs to manufactured again!
❖ What’s your return policy?
I don’t offer returns for a "buyer's remorse" or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me on Etsy!
❖ Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me on Etsy with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Please remember that each item is unique and made just for you when you place your order, which also means that I do not have a warehouse with the same items in all sizes or colors - the whole new order needs to be manufactured again!

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on my store, in photos and/or in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I will contact my production partners so we'l send you a new one, or issue a refund!
