All our pieces are handmade and require gentle care and love.
Each item is unique and may slightly differ from the original photo, as every piece is made to order — but we always do our best to ensure you are delighted with your purchase.
To keep your accessories beautiful for years:
• Store them in a separate box.
• Avoid dropping or bending your jewelry.
• Keep in a dark, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid contact with water, perfume, or creams.
• Put on jewelry only after using hairspray or styling products.
• Do not wear jewelry under outerwear, hats, or scarves.
CUSTOM order
If you have a special idea or would like to adjust the design, color, or size — please contact us.
We’ll be happy to create a custom piece made especially for you.
Please note: custom-made items are non-returnable. Before shipping, I will send you detailed photos and a short video of your order for your approval.
Refunds and Exchanges
f a parcel is returned to us for any reason, a refund will be issued excluding 5% of the item’s price and shipping costs, after receiving the item back and confirming your request.
Refunds are processed only after the goods are safely received by the seller.
If you wish to cancel a transaction (before your order is made and shipped), please note that a 5% fee is non-refundable.
📦 Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Address
All items are shipped via registered mail to the address provided on your Etsy account.
Please ensure your address is correct before checkout — once shipped, packages cannot be retrieved or redirected.
If a parcel is returned as unclaimed or due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
Refunds (minus shipping fees) or redelivery are possible only after the package is safely returned to us.
