Amadit Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Amadit collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item, contact the shop, or otherwise interact with Amadit through Etsy.
Amadit is operated by an individual seller. For this policy, “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to the owner of Amadit.
Information I receive
When you place an order through Etsy, Etsy may provide me with the information needed to fulfil and support your order. This may include your name, delivery address, email address, order details, product selection, personalization details if applicable, and messages you send through Etsy.
Etsy processes payment transactions through its own systems. I do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
You may also choose to provide additional information when you contact me about an order or ask for customer support.
How I use your information
I use customer information only when reasonably necessary to:
fulfil and ship your order;
provide customer service and respond to messages;
resolve problems with damaged, defective, incorrect, delayed, or missing orders;
process cancellations, refunds, or other order-related requests;
comply with Etsy’s policies and applicable legal obligations;
maintain business, tax, and transaction records; and
protect the security and integrity of my shop and services.
I do not use customer information for remarketing or targeted advertising. I do not use Google Analytics on my Etsy shop.
Who receives your information
I share customer information only when necessary to fulfil an order, operate my Etsy shop, comply with the law, or resolve an order issue.
Etsy
Etsy processes your order and provides the marketplace, payment, messaging, and account services connected with your purchase. Etsy’s own privacy practices are described in the Etsy Privacy Policy.
Printify
I use Printify as my print-on-demand production and fulfilment partner. I provide Printify with the information needed to produce and ship your order. This may include your name, delivery address, order details, product selection, and personalization information where applicable.
Printify may share necessary order information with the relevant production and shipping providers involved in fulfilling your order.
Legal and business requirements
I may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court order, government request, fraud investigation, dispute, or other lawful process.
If my shop is sold, transferred, or reorganized, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by applicable law.
I do not sell customer personal information.
How long I keep information
I retain customer information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, provide customer service, resolve disputes, maintain business and tax records, comply with legal obligations, and protect my rights.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, I will delete it or securely dispose of it where reasonably possible.

Some information may need to be retained to complete an order, comply with legal or tax requirements, resolve disputes, or protect against fraud. Information held by Etsy or Printify may need to be requested directly from those companies.

I may update this Privacy Policy when my business practices change or when legal or platform requirements change. The latest version will show the date of the most recent update.
