She was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, helped me choose the perfect piece of travertine, and even sent me a photo of the actual stone before making my custom tray. The finished piece is exactly what I envisioned. The craftsmanship and natural stone are gorgeous, and the custom sizing is perfect. She also included such a thoughtful surprise with my order, two beautiful travertine coasters, which made it even more special. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would absolutely order from her again. Thank you!

This was my first time ordering from out of the country. I was not aware that I would be paying more than the asking price. I was informed after ordering it that I owed an additional $59 in tariffs. Had I known that there would be more to pay for this travertine bowl, I would not have purchased it. I would have bought from a store where I could see the quality and know that once purchased there would be no surprise additional cost. The quality is just okay. I am not impressed. Perhaps my expectations were too high? This teaches me to be more careful about online, out of the country, purchases.

You can really tell these are handmade pieces with character. It’s a daughter father operation and would absolutely order from Serra again and highly recommend their shop to anyone looking for high-quality coasters or other unique home pieces.
