1. Missing items, or items that are significantly cracked, chipped, or shattered are eligible for damage claim.

2. Small variations in product size (within an inch or 8% of product description) do not constitute as damage or defective and will not be eligible for damage claim. Please note that each arrangement is made by hand in the US so there tends to be some size differences. The dimensions in the product page include stems and vase. The flowers can move and bend during shipment so we ask that you should try to move the flower heads back to original position if needed.

3. Slight imperfections in glass such as dimples, bubbles, or variations in glass or faux water thickness do not constitute as damage or defective.

1. Dirty flower petals or sticky adhesive on vase due to shipment do not constitute as damage or defective. We advise you to try your best effort to clean. Occasionally the faux water might be sticking on the vase. In those cases, we can send replacement ONLY IF the faux water is obviously visible.

2. Minor difference in color shading due to photography,your computer screen and flower color. We cannot guarantee the flower photos are exactly as they arrive due to variation from photo editing and lighting, your device screen and environmental factor of your space. Some flowers (especially white) are not UV resistant.Exposing them to strong direct sunlight,too much moisture ,etc could change their color & aging process.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s) within 7 business days. Merchandise must be returned in the original box and returned in good condition.

To facilitate the smooth processing of your return, please reach out to us to obtain a Return Authorization.

International customers are responsible for understanding and adhering to the customs regulations, taxes, and import duties required by their respective countries. Flovery is not responsible for any additional fees that may arise once the order has been shipped.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete, as Flovery is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

If an international customer refuses to collect a shipment from the postal service, causing it to be returned to us, please note that Flovery will not issue refunds for the item or the original shipping costs.

If you’re interested in a custom arrangement, please contact us to discuss your vision. We accept custom orders selectively and will work with you to agree on the design and price.

After confirming the arrangement details, we’ll provide a preliminary assembly or share photos of the selected flowers. Upon your approval, a custom listing will be created for you to purchase. Once payment is received, we will begin crafting your arrangement.

Upon completion, we’ll send you photos of the final piece for your review. With your approval, we’ll proceed with packaging and shipping.
