Shipping was prompt, and it was packaged so very carefully. It is extremely well made, and just beautiful! I knelt on it to see how comfortable it was, and it is amazingly cushy on the knees. I am pleased as punch! I will absolutely recommend this product to friends and family!

4 out of 5 starsPrayer stool was very comfortable and suits its purpose. There was a chip on the front of stool. When i ordered, I did request that the stool I purchased be free of nicks and blemishes since I paid the full price and not for a damaged one. Its not enough not to keep it, and I would be willing to order another as a gift.

How long do customize orders take to make?
Please allow 6 to 10 weeks to complete custom orders?
Can I provide my own fabric for my prayer stool?
Yes. We do accept customer supplied fabric for your custom prayer kneeler. We typically need 1.5 yards of fabric to complete our standard prayer kneelers.
If the only custom part of your order is the fabric change, we can typically have your stool completed within 3 to 5 weeks with our standard inscription. Otherwise, please allow 6 to 10 weeks for all custom orders.
Can you ship outside the USA?
We currently do not ship products outside of the USA due to the costs of shipping.
