"I LOVE my Bread Baker! It is even more beautiful than the pics on Etsy, It came well wrapped and the enclosed booklet has wonderful recipes that I can't wait to try. I had some no-knead dough in the fridge when the baker arrived so I used some of that to bake my first loaf. I experimented with the oven temp and time and the bread came out moist in the center and nicely browned on top and bottom. I love the size bc it is the perfect size for my family of two to use in a couple of days - or for us to use for a meal when we have the family over. I have it displayed front and center on my mantel in my kitchen among my great-grandmother and grandmother's pottery and bowls... it is THAT kind of handcrafted beauty. I know what I am giving as gifts for years to come and can't wait to purchase some other Neal Pottery items."
