Can I get my piece SOONER THAN 2-6 WEEKS?
If I have your item in stock, I’ll ship it within 2 business days. If I have to make it from scratch, it can take up to 2-6 weeks. Feel free to contact me at anytime to get an estimated time of arrival.
How much time for the SHIPPING? And EXPRESS shipping?
STANDARD CANADA - 2 to 10 business days.
STANDARD USA - 4 to 12 business days.
STANDARD EUROPE - 10 to 20 business days
STANDARD WORLD - 10 to 20 business days

Do you offer LOCAL PICKUP?
You can save yourself some shipping by picking up your order at my Quebec studio. Just leave a note when you order and I’ll contact you when your order is ready to make an appointment. I’ll fully refund the shipping fees on the pickup day.
What if I want to ORDER A LARGER QUANTITY than is available on the listing? Or something CUSTOM?
LARGER ORDER - If you’d like to buy more quantity than is available on any of my listings, contact me to see if I can make it.
CUSTOM ORDER - If you’d like something custom, contact me as well. Please note that custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable.
Will my jewel TARNISH?
My jewels are made for everyday life, you can wear them night and day and they will remain shiny. To prevent them from tarnishing, you must avoid direct contact with bleach, perfume, hair products, spa and sulfurous water and store them in hermetic bags. If ever your silver jewels should tarnish, you can always polish them with a jeweller's cloth (https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/685835773/).
How to RETURN or EXCHANGE an item? And to CANCEL an order?
RETURNS - Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship back your item (at your expense) within 30 days of delivery. When I receive the item unused and in one piece, I’ll refund it.
EXHANGE - To exchange something, return it and proceed with a new order.
CANCELLATION - Contact me within 5 days of purchase to request a cancellation and a full refund. I’ll grant it as long as the item has not already shipped.
What if my item is DAMAGED or LOST IN THE MAIL?
DAMAGED - Contact me upon reception with an attached picture of your item in its original packaging. I’ll fully refund the order or send over a free replacement.
LOST - Contact me after 2 months if your order still didn’t show up. I’ll send over a new one or fully refund your order unless the tracking shows that the item has been delivered.
I LOST AN EARRING, can you make another one? Can you REPAIR a jewel or ADJUST A SIZE?
LOST earring – If you lost one of your earrings, I can complete the pair easily. Please contact me to make the arrangements.
REPAIRING A JEWELS – I can repair most of my pieces if ever they were to break. Please contact me to make the arrangements.
ADJUSTING A SIZE – I can adjust the size of most of my pieces easily. Please contact me to make the arrangements.
