5 out of 5 starsThis seller is so unbelievably kind! I placed an order that was delayed by the post office. Upon late arrival, the contents were a huge mess. This was at no fault of the seller. We were working together to find a solution that we both agreed on... unfortunately, I was in an automobile accident and I was MIA. The owner took it upon herself to remake my order and send it to me, no questions asked!! It was such a blessing and a sweet comfort to receive this when I was temporarily out of sorts. I will NEVER forget this act of kindness and generosity. May she be blessed in her time of need, when that day may come! Oh and, they are just heavenly, sweet, little, butter cakes!

4 out of 5 starsThe seller sent the items quickly. They're packaged nicely. Seller has good communication. The taiyaki for my personal taste is overall too sweet. The ube taste nice when you can taste it, but too much sugar maskes the ube flavor. Taiyaki batter itself is kind of dry. They smell good. And look cute. I'll stick to buying it from a place in Tacoma. I was hoping for it to be less sweet like most Asian desserts. But again that's is MY preference. Lastly, the difference is their size a noticeable, 10 were the same size, 2 were smaller than the rest.
