**Exchange-Only Policy**

   - Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
   - Exchanges are only accepted within 21 days of the delivery date.
   - Items purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for exchange.

2. **Exchange Procedure:**
   - Customers must initiate the exchange process by contacting our customer service team within the specified exchange period.
   - Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, is required for all exchange requests.
   - Upon approval, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) for exchange.

3. **Exclusions:**
   - Personalized or customized items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. **Damaged or Defective Items:**
   - In the rare event that an item is received damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 21 days of receiving the order to be eligible for an exchange.
   - Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability.

5. **Shipping Costs:**
   - Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange.
   - Behaving Naturally will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item(s) back to the customer.

6. **Refund Policy:**
   - Our exchange-only policy means we do not offer refunds for returned items. Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value.
   - Any price differences will be handled through store credit or additional payment, depending on the circumstances.
