5 out of 5 starsI ordered a phone case from Brightstocking on 10/27 and it arrived by 10/31. The FAST turnaround was a pleasant surprise and I was excited to dress my phone for the holiday 😆 When I received it, the image on the case was printed slightly off from where it should have been. I reached out on 11/3 to let them know. They responded with transparency, explained the situation, and immediately took care of it. By 11/4 I had an email confirming that a replacement was already on the way. I received the corrected case on 11/7 and it was perfect. The entire process was quick and easy. No back and forth. Just solid communication and a smooth solution. I appreciate that they made it right without any stress on my end, which is how I need the rest of my life to be lol.

5 out of 5 starsThis case is way more sturdy than I expected! Great quality and perfect fit for my wife's iPhone 14 Pro. It definitely brought a smile to her face! I was a bit nervous ordering from a shop with not too many sales, but they shipped super fast. Will buy from them again.
