When will I receive my download?

Non-customized items will download instantly after purchase so you can start using them right away!

Custom downloads currently have a turn-around time of 48 business hours excluding holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Extensively customized orders may take longer.

Can you create fully custom orders?

I'm always working on adding new products, so if you have something specific in mind not currently listed in my shop- send me a message and I'll see what I can do!

How do you determine pricing?

I have a formula I use to calculate general pricing guidelines to keep my rates fair. Variables include size of file (number of graphics), time needed to develop/customize the graphic(s), and the longevity of the graphics (how many times they can be reused).
