Nossa história, que é realmente o começo da história do Cuddlecation, é fundada no amor e na conexão. Considerando-nos "campeões internacionais de abraços", muitas vezes gostamos de falar sobre abraços porque é uma das nossas maneiras favoritas de nos conectarmos - e não é para nos gabar, somos muito bons nisso! Em uma tarde ensolarada, enquanto caminhávamos de mãos dadas na praia, estávamos brincando sobre nosso autoproclamado título de campeões de abraços, quando um desses momentos relâmpago aconteceu. Paul olhou para mim e imediatamente soube que eu tinha acabado de receber uma ideia. Dizemos dessa forma porque sabemos que somos uma equipe cocriativa com nossa Fonte Divina. Sentimos fortemente então, como sentimos agora, que fomos abençoados com esse conceito porque é parte de nossa responsabilidade trazê-lo ao mundo. Eu disse a Paul - "você sabe como as pessoas dizem staycation em vez de vacation? Bem, por que não estamos falando sobre Cuddlecations?!" E bem ali, na praia, o Cuddlecation nasceu.
Acreditamos que muitas das empresas que focam no amor no mundo, na verdade, focam mais em sexo do que em uma conexão genuína de coração para coração. Isso precisa mudar. Our story, which is really the beginning of the Cuddlecation story, is one founded in love and connection. Considering ourselves “international cuddle champions”, we often enjoy talking about cuddling because it’s one of our favorite ways to connect – and not to brag, we’re really good at it! One sunny afternoon while walking hand-in-hand on the beach, we were joking around about our self-proclaimed title of cuddle champions, when one of those lightning bolt moments happened. Paul looked at me and instantly knew I’d just received an idea. We say it this way, because we know that we are a co-creative team with our Divine Source. We felt strongly then as we do now, that we were blessed with this concept because it is part of our responsibility to bring it to the world. I said to Paul – “you know how people say staycation instead of vacation? Well, why aren’t we talking about Cuddlecations?!” And right there, on the beach, Cuddlecation was born.
We feel that many of the businesses out there in the world that are about love, are really more about sex, instead of genuine heart-to-heart connection. That needs to change. The world needs connection – not just with each other – but with ourselves, more than ever before. So Cuddlecation stretches beyond the realm of cutesy and cuddly, it goes deeper than that. It’s about promoting love, connection, and positivity and spreading those feelings as far and wide as possible.
