How are orders sent?
All orders are sent within 5 to 8 business days following receipt of payment (unless otherwise noted) by Canada Post.Orders to Europe are routed by standard post, so WITHOUT tracking number (unless otherwise stated).Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any customs fees that may be charged to you, in the case of an international package.Also, remember to check your address because it is this address that I will use to make your shipment.
If my order is lost or damaged?
If your order is damaged or misplaced in the post office, let me know, with a message and a photo of the breakage.
