All orders are sent within 5 to 8 business days following receipt of payment (unless otherwise noted) by Canada Post.Orders to Europe are routed by standard post, so WITHOUT tracking number (unless otherwise stated).Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any customs fees that may be charged to you, in the case of an international package.Also, remember to check your address because it is this address that I will use to make your shipment.

If my order is lost or damaged?

If your order is damaged or misplaced in the post office, let me know, with a message and a photo of the breakage. I will send you a second order free of charge if it is my mistake.If there is a mistake on your part or you have changed your mind, contact me so that we can make arrangements. The return costs will be charged but the item will be refunded if it returns in good condition.
