Why we do what we do
Aprendí a coser, a hacer manualidades y a bordar desde muy joven. Cuando mis hijos eran pequeños, el patchwork se convirtió en mi vía de escape creativa. En 2024, decidí probar el bordado a máquina, ¡y desde entonces no he parado de coser!
Como profesora de secundaria a tiempo completo, también soy una aprendiz de por vida. Me encanta probar cosas nuevas, aprender nuevas técnicas y perfeccionar mi oficio. Cuando decidí convertir mi pasión por el bordado en un pequeño negocio, sabía que también quería que fuera una forma de contribuir a una causa que me toca muy de cerca.
Por eso, el 10% de cada venta se dona a The Haven en Dacula, Georgia, un ministerio que apoya a madres y bebés que atraviesan circunstancias difíciles.
Así que cuando compras algo en mi tienda, no solo apoyas mi pequeño negocio, sino que también ayudas a mamás y bebés de mi comunidad. Y eso hace que cada puntada sea un poco más significativa. ❤️
I learned sewing, crafting, and needlework at a relatively young age. When my children were young, quilting became my creative outlet. In 2024, I decided to try machine embroidery—and I’ve been stitching ever since!
As a full-time middle school teacher, I’m also a lifelong learner. I love trying new things, learning new techniques, and perfecting my craft. When I decided to turn my love of embroidery into a small business, I knew I also wanted it to be a way to give back to a ministry close to my heart.
